1. Description of Services
BzAdPro provides the following digital marketing services:
- Google My Business (GMB) profile management
- Google Ads campaign management
- NFC smart business cards and digital page hosting
- AI-assisted Google Business post generation
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment & Billing
- All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD)
- Payments are processed securely through CardPointe
- Google Ads services require upfront payment of ad budget and management fee
- GMB and NFC services are billed per selected duration
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated
4. Service Duration & Cancellation
Services are provided for the selected duration (monthly, quarterly, annually). No refunds are offered for purchased service periods. To cancel, please contact us before your current period ends.
5. Google Services Disclaimer
BzAdPro is an independent digital marketing service provider and is not affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by Google. Google, Google Ads, Google My Business, and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC. Results from our services may vary depending on factors such as industry, location, and competition.
6. AI-Generated Content
The AI post generator uses artificial intelligence to create content suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing. BzAdPro is not liable for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
7. Limitation of Liability
BzAdPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
